Training Syllabus 
 
The Structure, content and delivery of the syllabus should reflect the age, experience, size and ability of the Goalkeepers. 
 
Regular showcase matches against Semi Pofessional & Professional Clubs 
Typical Session Training Schedule 
Warm up involving footwork and ball familiarity exercises 
As many touches of the ball as possible 
Attention to the improvement of the basic techniques and skills 
Where appropriate, the application of these basic techniques and skills in a game related situation 
A debriefing at the end of each session to cover the salient points 
Cool down involving flexibility exercises
