The Academy's aim is to make sure all players develop in an enjoyable and safe environment. We will provide all players with exposure to English football, through our training sessions, fitness work and matches. Through this we hope you will have the opportunity to progress into professional football, its important that you understand that football is an extremely competitive industry and no promises are made that Academy players will get a trial for a professional football club.
If we recognise that you possess the ability to play professional football then our staff have the necessary contacts to provide you with the opportunity. We will also provide pathways into semi-professional football clubs that can act as an alternative pathway into professional football. All players will be provided with a report and action plan upon ending their stay with us.
We offer different courses to suit your needs. All our Development Courses are residential. We supply accommodation, all meals, transport to and from the airport on your arrival and departure, transport to and from training and matches and all training sessions and match day management.
We cover your every need and offer full supervision from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. At present we offer evening educational courses to our players staying for 1 or 2 years. As of September 2012 we will be able to offer a full time 6th form education to all our players on 1 or 2 year courses.
