Fitness and Core Work
All Academy Development Courses are designed to enhance your technical and physical performance. Your Academy course will include full physical and fitness programme's with Gym work and dietry/nuitrition advice.
UK-Football Academy are delighted to have the services of former Carlisle Utd Footballer Simon Tucker as our fitness instructor.
The specific type of fitness training we will be preforming is be based around football drills and sessions.
All individuals will be assessed prior to the start of their course and a personal programme will de designed for them to undertake throughout the course, a full fitness report will be made for each player to take with them after the course has finished.
A combination of weight training and cardio vascular / Core training will be undertaken with the aim of reducing body fat and increases lean muscle allowing improvement in speed, power and strength.
